  1. We’re cheering for the Giants here, so we practice saying “Omaha, Omaha, hut, hut” – Eli’s pre-snap call. With two football-crazed boys by my side, I can’t help but know those things, though I’m certain that brain space could be used for something more useful.

What a fantastic round-up of pork recipes. Thanks so much for including my lettuce wraps.

  2. Susan – what a nice round-up – I see several things I would add to my repertoire. The big stretch for me would be including bacon in a dessert so I might just try that. I also made posole this week for the first time – slow cooking some pork in the oven and adding it to the comforting tomato, bean, hominy base. Fantastic new addition to our soup/pork recipes for our house and the pork was great for making tacos as well. Thanks for including my carnitas post!
